Incredo’s Product Portfolio

Our solution portfolio provides functional ingredients and mixes made of natural sugar, enabling reduced-sugar formulations while preserving functionality and creating space for more nutritionally beneficial ingredients.

The Technology

The Incredo technology blends and dries sugar and protein to form unique sugar clusters that, when combined with traditional sugar, dissolve quicker in the saliva. This rapid dissolution increases the concentration of sucrose around the sweet taste receptors, resulting in an increased perception of sweetness.
