Previously serving as CEO at CSM Ingredients, COO and Chief Open Innovation Officer at Ferrero, and CEO of Firmenich's Flavor Division, Aldo has a proven track record of transforming organizations through scientific innovation and cultural change. His expertise spans formulation science, open innovation, and navigating complex global markets across food, ingredients, and confectionery sectors. Aldo is also the founder of TooA, a startup active in the in-home gelato segment.


Revital Rodovsky brings nearly two decades of C-suite experience in global financial leadership to Incredo as CFO. She excels in strategic planning, enhancing transparency, and driving transformational agendas across the biotech, medical devices, and high-tech sectors. Revital's expertise in finance, mergers, acquisitions, and investor relations underscores her role as a trusted partner in maximizing long-term business value. She is also an Israeli Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Alexis leads the North America Development & Applications organization, developing and delivering technical solutions leveraging Incredo Sugar to our customers. In addition, he also manages Operations within North America in cooperation with the Global Operations team. With over 21 years in the food industry, he has held senior roles including Global Head of R&D and Global B2B Business Development Director at Cerealto, as well as product and packaging leadership positions at Mondelēz International, driving innovation for brands like Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and Oreo. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez and an MBA from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja.


Kristina brings over 25 years of food industry experience to Incredo as North America VP Sales, combining commercial expertise with deep technical insight rooted in her B.S. in Food Science. Previously holding roles in product development, technical services, product line management, and sales leadership at Mérieux NutriSciences, Cargill, and Barry Callebaut, Kristina specializes in guiding companies from concept to commercialization. At Incredo, she partners with customers to create great-tasting, better-for-you products using Incredo's breakthrough sugar-reduction technology, helping teams innovate with confidence while meeting both nutritional goals and consumer expectations.

With over 15 years of experience in research and development, Liron Bitan holds a Ph.D. in Physical and Applied Chemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She has a strong background in developing flavor and drug delivery technologies. At Incredo, she leads the R&D department, spearheading new product development from concept to production. She plays a key role in driving innovation, forming strategic partnerships, and scaling processes from the lab to pilot production.


Michelle Charnoff leads Technical Sales for Europe at Incredo, working closely with partners to bring the company’s sweetness technology into real-world food applications. She combines technical expertise with a strong commercial mindset, supporting partners from initial trials through scale-up and launch, simplifying development and accelerating time to market. She also helps shape the company's marketing and positioning efforts.
Prior to joining Incredo, Michelle was a Technical Project Leader at Unilever North America, where she led development for better-for-you ice cream innovations, including high-protein and low-sugar products across global brands. She holds a degree in Food Science from Cornell University.


Adi Rosenshine brings over a decade of experience in PR, brand building, and strategic content across food technology, politics, culture, and finance to Incredo as Marketing & Communications Leader. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Advertising. Specializing in translating complex scientific and commercial value into clear, compelling positioning for global B2B audiences, Adi focuses on building brand foundation and thought leadership at Incredo, supporting commercial growth and strengthening strategic partnerships.


Jacques Fourie brings three decades of global leadership experience across food & ingredient operations, food-tech platform building, private equity and investment banking to his role overseeing Global Operations at Incredo. He specializes in translating strategy into execution and value creation, scaling industrial footprints and systems and managing complex, multi-market operations.
Previously, Jacques served as Global Head of Operations at Livekindly Collective, where he led the creation of a modular, scalable, global manufacturing footprint as well as the integration of acquired businesses into a unified global operations platform. Prior to that, he held executive leadership roles at DairyBelle, including CEO and Executive Director, leading operational transformation and optimisation as well as being responsible for managing the full Upstream.
Earlier in his career, Jacques spent two decades in private equity and investment banking (with various FMCG investees and clients), bringing strong investment and financial discipline to his hands-on operational leadership across global food and ingredient platforms.
