Her career highlights include creating original consumer platforms that accelerated growth at Kraft Foods and founding Freshbite.com, a startup focused on online recipes and meal preparation, which she later sold. Kelly has successfully led multiple companies to success with her unique approach to design innovation.
Revital Rodovsky brings nearly two decades of C-suite experience in global financial leadership to Incredo as CFO. She excels in strategic planning, enhancing transparency, and driving transformational agendas across the biotech, medical devices, and high-tech sectors. Revital's expertise in finance, mergers, acquisitions, and investor relations underscores her role as a trusted partner in maximizing long-term business value. She is also an Israeli Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Alexis leads Incredo’s Global Operations team—overseeing supply chain, engineering, quality, and regulatory affairs—and also heads the Americas R&D Applications organization, delivering technical solutions leveraging Incredo Sugar for our customers. With over 21 years in the food industry, he has held senior roles including Global Head of R&D and Global B2B Business Development Director at Cerealto, as well as product and packaging leadership positions at Mondelēz International, driving innovation for brands like Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and Oreo. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez and an MBA from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja.
Andrea leads sales for North America at Incredo, partnering with companies to help them launch great-tasting, healthier products using Incredo’s innovative sugar reduction solution. With over 20 years of food ingredient sales experience and a B.S. in Food Science, she has held technical sales and sales leadership roles at Roquette, Kerry, and Blommer. Andrea focuses on earning trust and helping customers break into new markets with exciting products.
Naama leads EU and Israel sales and business development at Incredo, combining scientific depth with commercial strategy. She holds a PhD in bioorganic chemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science and brings over a decade of experience across R&D, product management, and go-to-market leadership. Naama supports Incredo’s efforts to bring its innovation to market, working closely with global food brands and contributing to the company’s international growth.
